This is SUCH an important reminder, especially about the chronic stress which can be so insidious. It inspires me to be more intentional about looking for signs of stress and consciously relaxing and breathing more deeply.

I appreciate the reminder that stress is not just 'mental'... that it affects the body. Just reading this triggers my intention to breathe deep. And so I find my shoulders relaxing. And I didn't even associate the shallow breathing/shoulder tension to my packed day! Love this newsletter.
